Of those listed. Trophy moose for sure. But it would have to be for Alaska/Yukon moose. Not the smaller sub-species.
Otherwise I'd go with elk.

Definetly trophy elk in the 380+ inch range. With archery equipment during the peak of the rut. There is nothing like a big bulls screaming down your neck. From what I have seen, read, and heard the moose in't all that dificult of an animal to hunt and kill and the rutting action isn't all that spectacular.

The elk is, IMO, is a far more beautiful and majestic animal than the moose will ever be.
