My CO antelope
I spent last Thursday Friday and Saturday in Co hunting pronghorn. Big open country with high hills and deep valleys and lots of sky. Got my antelope on Thursday 
and my friend got his on Saturday. The head is at the taxidermist for a European mount. Outfitter and the guides were top notch.

Update, I made Antelope steaks for dinner tonight, I rubbed then with olive oil and shook some crazy salt and pepper on them and left them sit for a half hour then put them on the grill at 375 until they were just under medium rare and put them on a plate and covered them in foil and rested them for 10 minutes. They were medium rare and delicious. Don't be reluctant to eat antelope.
