It took 17 continuous years till I drew a PA elk tag. Don't give up, continue to try. If you don't play, you can't win.

Yep! Keep applying. You'll get it eventually. Continue to hone your skills in the meantime that way when you do get the "good" tags you're physically prepared and you have the knowledge to take advantage of the opportunity.

Sorry you never got drawn. But it took me 30 years to draw a tag in 2009. It took my sister 5 years to draw a tag. It’s simply luck of the draw.. Just keep applying and eventually you will get one..
