Withdraw date for NR Wyoming elk
If you have made an application for the elk draw in Wyoming and have decided not to travel this year you have just a few more days to withdraw and get a refund. I believe the drop dead date to withdraw for elk is May 8th. I have been seriously thinking about withdrawing this year but have finally decided to stay in the draw.
The date for pronghorn applications, and for withdrawing, is at the beginning of June.
These are interesting times in which we are currently living.

Hopefully the worst is behind us. It has to be a bit unnerving for a NR right now, one glimmer of hope is at least the mountain states have not been hit so hard with the virus. Air travel would be my big concern.

See page 44-44. Section 26.
If you withdrew before that deadline you should have no problem with your refund.
However, if you are trying to withdraw after the deadline you will need to supply all of the requested information and wait for a ruling. You will need a very good reason (major medical situation, death, etc.) for them to agree to your refund. They are very fair in their judgement but you will need a qualifying reason and all of the documents or you will be out of luck..
