A relative who passed had this in their possession, I was wondering if any hunters could identify the animal this horn was from? Thanks in advance!

Cow horn. Too light in color to be bison.

It is either cow or steer. Typical of horns used for powder horns.

Won't be a goat. That is an old powderhorn. Notice the plug on the large end and you can see where the hole used to be on the smaller end. They wouldn't use a goat horn for powder back then simply because it wouldn't hold much. Trust me it is bovine.
