Default Tip for Bear Hunt Services

I'm going on a bear hunt in September at a fly in lodge in Canada. The lodge will put you in a stand, come out after you shoot the bear, track it, drag it out, case skin it, butcher it and pack it up for your trip home. This lodge did inform me that all this is done by one employee who comes out to get your from your stand. What is the standard for tipping the guy? How much is appropriate? Thanks for the help this is my hunting trip to a lodge.
