He is huge. Very long and the distance from his belly to his back is bigger than the distance from his belly to the ground. Short and stocky looking legs. 500 most likely but I have seen them shrink when hitting the ground.

this pic is from my trail cam in western massachusettes. bear population has gone through the roof the last few years. bear season starts in 2 days gonna take out my 50cal muzzleloader and try to take him out. wish me luck

no where near 500 pounds. I'd say about 350-400. If you have a 500 pound bear his belly would be within inches of the ground. Good luck though! Still a nice one!
