I read the last post on favorite loads and it talked a lot about caliber and bullet size, but what I' d like to hear is some favorite recipes for hand loads. I' ve used IMR 4831 and some 180 gr. Hornady bullets and CCI primers in the past.
If there are any favorite loads, especially .30-06 I' d like to hear about them.
After reading the last post I' m definitely going to move up to some better bullets.

Here is a GREAT mix for you....I have used this mix on everything from deer to moose... I think that it is an excellent load.... For 30-06... This load will take your 30-06 to the same performanceas a stock 300 win..... 150gr nozzler partition,,, 59gr 4831 and cci primers....The thing that I like about the nozzler is that it retains 98%of it' s original wt...

Try it you may like it as I have.... GOOD LUCK!!!!!

You fellers usin' IMR4350 and IMR4831 outta give R19 a try. I found it shoots better in all my ' 06 based rifles better than anything else, and I loaded both those IMR powders for 20+ years.
