I'd say start chasing huge pike or muskie! Fish that size are great additions to trophy rooms. And fishing is easy DIY.

You can always try for an Oryx tag on the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The draw is a once in a life time for both resident and nonresidents. I got drawn the second year I put in. Nice looking animals and damn got eating. If you're not after a wall hanger they offerpopulation managmenthunts for them.That draw is open to anyone and you can apply every year if you want.

I don't know what kind of elk you've shot.(?) I was watching Primo's Truth 9 yesterday. Those Pacific Northwest Roosevelt Elk look like some tough, tough hunting. Difficult terrain, foliage and calling. They don't have the biggest racks but they sure are body huge!
