Default Ratio of Live weight to processed weight ?

Can someone help me remember the ratio of live weight to "hanging" weight, and then the ration of "hanging" weight to cut & wrapped weight? I know there is some difference between species, say Deer vs Moose, but I seem to remember there is a formula for arriving at those numbers.

Thanks

Yes, very helpful, Indeed! I was interested in calculating the ratio for Moose, but I'm betting these figures would be very close for Moose as well as Deer.

Thanks again.
