LOL! You could go to Alaska, do you your fly in hunt, see more and bigger, animals, purchase a spare tag for black bear, wolf and wolverine tag (and hope to get lucky), come back and stay in a five star hotel for a few days and still have $1000 change for that price.

You might be able to beat the price in Alaska but you can not touch the size of the bulls in Quebec. Alaska is my 2'nd favorite place to hunt but the size of the boo on average is just not there..
