Happens more than you think..........see my post.....Fortunately my buddy is coming along to video.
You'll be doing a bunch of internet research for a good area and DIY isn't hard just as long as you have a plan. Work hard at it, have moderate expecations but mostly, just enjoy the experience regardless if your score.
The women at the forest service was helpful to me :

You'll find private land all over the place put the national forest is a place to start anyway. Folks on the site have been helpful for sure. Bunch to do no doubt but planning it is half the ticket.[/b]
