Does anyone know if Grizzly bear are eaten by humans? Just wondering.

My neighbour had one made into sausage, then invited me for dinner.
I choked down one smokey but went home and got sick. It tasted fine but the thought turned me off.

I hear that a lot depends on their diet. Those that fish makes up a large portion of the diet are very poor tasting, while the inland bears who's diet consist mostly of berries are quite tasty. At least thats what I've been told. I have no first hand experience.
