Hunting SE Alaska. I did one hunt is SE Alaska so far and got this nice bear. Hunting Prince of Wales Island this spring on a DIY hunt with Alaska Bush Sports. On average 66% of the bears square of 7 feet. And thats what I talking about, also the hair seems alot longer and thicker in the SE than the Lower 48. As far as skulls go it is one of the two best places to bear hunt. I hunted with Alaska bush sports for moose, and had a great time. Looking forward to the lodge style hunt. Picture of my moose on a old web site. http://www.geocities.com/shouldhunt/huntpage.html

www.anchord.com

this is one helluva place for a spring bear hunt. its affordable, its spot and stalk with high success rates, and its in southern alberta, which was one of your choices. i do not think you would be dissapointed in any way with their operation.
big bears in them parts too.

i hunted prince of wales this last september. thats a blast. cant wait to get back up there. id like to try it in the spring sometime.
