I Personally like to hunt the mountains of colorado however I always hunt over the counter rifle and public land and it can be a challenge whith some of the terrain. Many people have told me however that the elk are usually bugleing durring archery and muzzle loader so it is easier. Also I have heard only good things about Phantom Canyon Outfitters.
