Would a .308 be good for a moose, bear and deer rifle? if not what are some all around rifle calibres?

.300 Win Mag is a good choice.
So is the .30-06 but my choice would be the .300 Win.

I wouldn't hesitate to take anygame listedwith a .308, but I would rather have a .35 Whelen, just personal opinion though.

A 308 Win. is an excellent choice. Bullet weights from 150 to 180 grain will do the job.

Ive taken multiples of all three listed with 308 win. Put the bullet where its supposed to go, and you will kill any of them.

308 would be a great choice. Just stick to some 180gr pills put it where it counts and you'll be eating some tasty snacks.

RE: .308

.308 would be a great choice. Low recoil, tons of factory loads, lots of factoryrifle offerings, 30-06 performance, etc.

I might also suggest the .280, .270 or .270 WSM.
