The rifle I deer hunt with is a 50th Anniversary model 77 Ruger With a 4 1/2 X 14 Leoupold.
The other is a Winchester model 70 with a 6 1/2 to 20 Leoupold this gun shoots under an inch at 300 yards.
I don't think any one chambers a gun for this cartridge any more but its still my all time favorite.Sixty four grains of 4831 behind a 120 grain nosler ballistic tip is all you'll ever need.
