tim! look for swamps where you're hunting and droppings. once you've found them check the trees for claw marks. the bears will scrape the trees leaving their mark. always set up your stand with wind in your face. i think a bears sense of smell is better than a whitetails. i've killed a few bears overlooking swamps and watching the wind. good luck on your scouting. i hope you bag a big one.
