Black bear hunting in Maine. Relatively close to you, keeps the $ in the U.S., not too expensive (so your group doesn't loose money on the raffle), something that most hunters would probably be willing to try even if they had never thought about bear hunting before.

Thar hunt in New Zealand would cost about $1,500 (All inclusive.)plus airfares.
Grab a couple of other species while you were here (Deer (Red, Fallow, Sika, Whitetail) , Elk , Chamois, Wild Boar, Goats, Wallaby etc.), for not much more.
Also throw in some trout fishing. Or maybe a King Salmon or two.

Looks like about everyone wants to hunt something different. It sure would be nice to be able to do more than one hunt. I started today with checking into outfitters that will be willing to work with us.
