Bama bird? I'm still sitting in the woods right now hoping for something. They have really slowed down the last week.

Yeah we were hunting some property in Barbour county. They were hot hot hot down there today man. Pressure was highest it's been all season today down here, 30.37 and clear with no wind. It was an awesome hunt. I might give it a shot back at my land tomorrow to see if they're gettin hot again. You don't know how frustrated I've been. Thought I was gonna get skunked again this year. That fan technique worked like a charm. I carry one with me all the time but never had the nerve to hold it up and crawl to one........not with all the idiots hunting around my property. We were crouched down behind that fan and he never saw us. Just awesome.

My buddy killed a bird this year (second time he's done this) where he hid behind his B-mobile and shot with one hand.

Hunted all day,had 2 good gobbling birds but they were to far off. One got shot, the other hit the ground and went silent. Looked for him all morning, calling and moving the way I thought he went. Not a single gobble all day in one of my best spots after they got down. Tried two other places,no dice. Going back to get closer in the morning if he survived the day, gonna try to head him off at the pass if he gobbles in the morning. They were going crazy Saturday during the youth hunt, but real tough after two cold mornings. If your a praying man say one for me in the morning Team Mates.
