Good birds fellas, way to bust em! Hopefully I'll get to try it a couple more times before the end of the season next Tuesday and with better results than I've had so far. Was at the beach for a wedding this past weekend and I'm just now getting home. Who on earth gets married during turkey season?

Ok looks like my Ohio hunt might still be on. Anyone have an idea if the birds are gobbling up that way yet? It's southern Ohio. If they are not I'd rather go to another spot

Tagged out in MO!!! I killed this 23 1/2 lb gobbler out of our alfalfa field this morning. I passed up 3 jakes that came to my jake mobile because my dad and I could hear the big bird gobbling and we knew he was coming. The gobbler charged around the decoy to chase 1 of the jakes off that came back. My dad got him out of strut and I smoked him. He had a 10 1/8" beard and 7/8" spurs.
