I was doing a bit of scouting yesterday saw 40+ turkeys, but only 4 were gobblers.

We had three stutters in one of our pasture fields this week with 12 ladies. Looks like things should be in full swing by next weekend.

Three people hunting in one area and we did not hear a thing!!! My son and I saw 9 birds, we jumped two hens out of a cut over that were already on nest!! The other 7 was a weird thing. We were going back to the truck to regroup for the last three hours and we turned a corner and there they were. All males, I saw several log beards and only 3 jakes. I know where I am going next week.

Just under the 2 week mark for me until I get to hunt. Birds strutting lin a lot of places, and I finally heard some gobbles this weekend (normally I am up for work and gone well before light).

I am itching to get out.

Very nice, I just heard the ice break!!!! I am the capt. but honestly I do not know how to post pictures or to post in the score card. Use the score formula to get a final score and we will find out to post it for our first of the year. Congrats and I hope to join you this weekend!!
