BTW Glad you found your blind! Guess I need to get over and take 2 of mine down, where my bud says he would rather see the birds pecking instead of on the plate. Not a problem though, since I Have IMB ground to hunt also.

Come Friday I'll be one week away from my opener, (and WoodDucks).
I bought some new poles for my found blind, and a new turkey choke; I'm looking forward to patterning it. I still need to book a few days off work in May, probably near the end of the month so the birds have some time to spread out from there winter area.
How about it guys, who's all hunting already?

Only two weeks left in my season here. Now that the job hunt seems to be over, I'll be back in the woods more. Seems like my season will be over before some of you guys get yours started....so I feel better that I at least got us going on the the board with a decent score, all I was hoping for another jake this year.

Bass Pro has replacement poles in the camping section.
When I laid them out yesterday I found that they were too long with 4 sections, and too short with 3 sections, so I used a combination a of new sections and old shorter sections from the one broken pole I found with my blind.
The blind is up now, and I did see a small flock with a few Toms on the main farm I hunt
