I was just informed that I'm officialya fellow Thunder Chicken, so I'm checkin in.

I'll be hunting Montana and Pa. this year .

Just gun... Montana's season opens April 12 and ends May 19th. Gonna start in MT., Then flyin to my old "home state"...Pa. and hunt birds there for a few days in early May, fly back and hunt birds again in MT.if there are any hunting days left when I get back.

I havent heard any yet myself, but I have heard others say that they have heard some in MO, so next week I'm going to go out listening quite a bit.

Not til April 21st here, and I thank god this year. Usually I would want the season earlier, but by this time friday the river by my house(meremac river)will be up 43' out of the banks. It might be the worst flood since 1982, and we had a really big one in '93. I-44 was closed an hour after i left college for home(spring break). When i went over the bridge at 1pm it was 8ft or better from the bridge. At 4pm it was over the bridge and 44 was closed and had to be re routed. It is not going to be a good next couple of days here in Missouri.
