Taking a trip to Florida is what your anger tells you to do, but it's not the right way to proceed. First, identify the jurisdiction in which you completed the transaction. Most states allow this type of fraud to be addressed in either location... ie: the place the solicitation occurred, and / or where the transaction was completed. Contact the appropriate LE agency and file a complaint. There will likely be an officer or in larger agencies, a division that deals with Internet related criminal activity.
Personally, I'd like to see all those cheats get what they deserve, but hitting them head on where they live will likely do little to resolve the matter. These bums have long since spent your money and normally don't have a pot to piss in. Short of their families bailing them out, they'll be off like a prom dress to the next dive they can call home without a forwarding address. Do it right, she won't get away if you make the call. You have to be a willing complainant to make it happen... just don't loose your cool.

I almost bought fletching jigs from her. Glad I did not. I was geting too short of an answer each time I was contacted and she had everything I wanted. Made me suspicious so I passed, Thank God!!! That is why I like to have good contact with everyone I deal with and I give them my phone number to talk in person if there is going to be a transaction made.

I'm sorry to hear of your trouble with this jacka$$. I have one thing to add. I don't know for sure, but publix is a supermarket down south and the 1122 could be the store number where this person works. Just a hunch, but I remember when my wife worked at one in Boca quite a few years ago she had a store number that they went by. It was only a 3 digit number, but they could be up to 4 digits by now. Maybe it means something, maybe not.
