There was a pic on ebay a couple years a go showing a guy drawing the recurve he was selling, and the poor bow was strung backwards. So not just everybody selling stuff on ebay is knowledgeable about it. Reversing the string is not a good thing to do and I'd think twice or thrice before bidding on one that was pictured that way.
