Uncle Paul, maybe I wrote my post wrong. I agree with your first post about shooters from the Midwest and also from the southeast where I am from. It takes us about 14 1/2 hours to get to Snowshoe from Alabama as well. I like you, think that a more central location would be good for all IBO shooters. With shooters from all over the United States it would make a lot of sense to pick as central a location as possible to help everyone. No matter where the location though there will be somebody that will have something to say about it. Where can the IBO hold the worlds that is in a central location for as many of the IBO members as possible? That location would need to have a lot of lodging and places to eat. People that would be willing to do all of the hard work it takes to put on a shoot of this magnitude. Lastly a location that could hold the amount of shooters on the many ranges that would be needed for the worlds. I am sure there are many possibilities out there we just need to find them and pass them along to the right people. Again I am glad that I do not have this job to do as it would be a very hard chore indeed.
