Just load the standard 9mm load,it doesn,t shoot any special ammo.The storys about german luger ammo being different,is what happened after WW11.When solliders brought back lugers,they would,nt shoot right with american made ammo.So for a while then nobody wanted them.Until it was found out that the german ammo was hotter than american manufactor,and us ammo didn,t have the power to blow back the action to make it operate. That is not the case with the p-38. They were made to superceed the luger and the design is different. so just use regular 9mm ammo,or listed loads for it. vangunsmith
