Default RE: Question about Copper John Site.

The problem I encountered was with the ANTS sight. The bow tipped over on the pro-pod I was using and the sight bar bent. Copper John is sending the new bar and has recognized the problem with the softness of the metal on the sight bar. The customer service was great and they are sending a new bar. I have heard of alot of problems with the ANTS sight. I also have a deadnuts pro 3 and will not use it for my hunting sight because of the fact of what happened to my target sight. The deadnuts might be o.k. in that aspect but I just don't trust them now. The pins of the pro 3 are prone to breakage, notice that this company came out with a pin guard for the pins. That tells me that they are trying to protect the pins. For further information.............the bow did not fall out of a stand, it was in a propod. It was only the weight of the bow tipping over that bent the sight bar, and I know that my hunting bow is subject to much greater forces when chasing elk. I still managed to sight in as I shot and ended up qualifying for the Worlds in snowshoe though so it wasn't a total loss.
