if you don't have a press you'll have to take it to a shop. watch what they do and how they do it and soon you'll be able to do it yourself. i don't think you need any brass nocks if you have a loop. just get a little tied in nocking pt out of thread below your arrows nock and above the bottom loop of the nock (same place). if you want a whole set of good strings and cables you're looking at anywhere from $45-100.
