First of all, get the Chappy Boss. That is a smoking deal. I almost bought one, but got the Ultra Extreme instead last week, and they both carry a retail price of $150+. The Chappy Boss or other similar Tru Ball releases is leaps and bounds better than any $150 or less release I have ever shot and seems to have less loading and trigger travel than the Carters of similar price point.

With that said, it will change the placement of where your hand goes when you anchor. I would NOT lengthen your draw though. My Ultra Extreme has the Talon Head even closer to the T handle than your Chappy Boss, and makes it feel considerably shorter than my old Tru Fire release, however I did not lengthen it. Lengthening it does increase the likely hood of you dropping your arm after the shot.

You will like the release though, the trigger breaks like glass........
