Great Upland hunting in western half of state and especially in the western 1/3 of state. Lots of public land and lot's of friendly landowners too. Book your hotel room early in the year becuase there aren't a whole lot out there and they fill up fast. Out of state hunting is a huge source of revenue for the state of kansas.
