I can consistently shoot sub MOA groups at 100yds with my Handi-Rifle in .223. It didn't come that way, though.

I got the forearm away from the barrel....then had the trigger lightened....then searched like hell for ammo that worked with this gun. I settled on the Black Hills 55gr V-Max bullets.

When I first bought it and ran my first couple of boxes of $3.99 Winchester ammo through it and got 4-5" groups at 100yds, I was ready to get rid of the gun. Now it'll outshoot my Ruger #1B.
