I'm not an english professional by any means so I cannot critique your essay from a "literally correct" standpoint. It sounds good to me, though maybe a bit wordy.

Just be sure that if you get a grade you are not pleased with, do not jump to conclusions. I'd almost be willing to bet that you will receive a better grade than the proffesor would have like to have given, simply because she will not want the confrontation.

If you get a poor grade, Ask her to spend a 1/2 hour with you alone to go over the fine points of essay writing in the english language that you may have missed. While it might be difficult, try not to engage in the topic of hunting at all, just come across as "eager to learn" - you may impress her more than you know.

Most true antis really have the wrong impression, do not add feul to her fire, you never know, you may have the chance to plant a seed of doubt in her convictions, through your actions.
