A lot of foreign countries do not have the monies,and resources to make the quality ammo like is made in the U.S. Especially the Slavic countries,there ammo is not of the highest grade. Thats why the price is so low,shoot it enjoy popping caps at that price and don,t worry about the brass splitting. Unless your headspace is bad,otherwise your not going to reload it anyway,just throw it away. vangunsmith
