The states will not allow the 9th circuit ruling to stand. I think the congress will clarify the issue. The bad thing is the knee jerk reaction in states with good hunting by raising fees substantially.
Makes sense. The states have to spend big bucks just to defend themselves from Taulman, resulting in the obvious need of money. Looks like the states will need to raise the tags a little more to come up with the money needed, since their budget is already low, at least here in KS.
