i went this a.m., i got up at 4:00 a.m., was out in the woods by 6:00a.m., i listened, then i hoot owled a couple of times, got the others talking so i didn't have too, lol.......still nothing but a hen clucking as she walked through the woods, better of been a hen , lol.......so i decided to walk around, i found hen droppings and some semi fresh strachin'.....i followed a real nice set of gobbler tracks into the woods, i never did see or hear a bird, walked up some deer though, they didnt have a clue i was there....i would of liked to find a strutt zone or some dusting bowls...but there's still 2 weeks, so i'll be out there again.......
