I don't have a Carter index trigger release, but I do also shoot an "Insatiable" (Thumb trigger)......I can say that my accuracy is much more consistent with this release vs my Scott index trigger style, but I'm a bit leary to hunt with it due to the hair trigger. I really don't need to snag my facemask or jacket in the excitement and fire off a warning shot. <img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle>
As much as I'd love to hunt with it I'm going to save it for 3D.
Very well made releases tho.....I really like mine.
