I have Swarovski (8X56 - big ones) and Leica Geovid (10X42). I use the Leica's a lot, they're smaller and have the range finder built in. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Leupold, given the satisfaction I've had with their rifle scopes. Leica USA has excellent customer support too, my spotting scope needed a part and they sent it without any questions being asked.
