Just talked to a guy on another forum with a very similar setup.
Basically, a 27" 2213 is right at the top end of it's spine range at 60 pounds with a hard cam or single cam. It tunes great with a field point, but a broadhead typically needs a little stiffer arrow. Going to a 2215 would only add 24 grains to your arrow weight (-5 fps or so) but is a lot better match to your setup.
Also, you'd likely do better with shooting fingers by going to a rest that's more fingers shooting friendly like the GKF Star Hunter, NAP Centerrest flipper, Bodoodle Timberdoodle...
