Default Older PSE nova question

A buddy of mine has a roughly 6 year old PSE nova 55-70lb bow. It has a sticker on it that states it should not shoot an arrow weighing less than 440 grains. This sounds excessive to me. Do you think this might refer to aluminum shafts only as carbons are so much lighter? Also he was wondering what speed it shoots roughly. anybody want to guess at a Nova set at 60lbs with a 29" draw, 29" arrows (440 grs), peep, kisser. string loop?
