I believe that the critical element in having superb game meat is less what the animal is eating an more how one cares for the animal after it is killed.

Here's my favorite bear recipe.

6 Bear chops
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.

Salt and pepper the chops to taste and brown in a deep skillet or Dutch Oven. In a sauce pan heat combine the Mushroom Soup and peanut butter until it is hot and thick. Pour over the bear chops cover and bake in a 350 degree oven until tender and cooked thoroughly through. [Remember that bears and pigs are members of the same familh and their meat must be thoroughly cooked]

This is a very RICH and Filling recipe . . . think of an envious me while you are eating the bear chops. :>((
