Well, Scott somehow thinks he's a surgeon and charges more and costs twice as much as a gunsmith outside the Baltimore/Washington area. Also takes about twice as long for the work. Lastly wanted to charge me once 45 dollars to recieve in a handgun. Thats high way robbery. I take mine to Ky, or PA these days.
