Default RE: Mountain lions, in PA or NY?

I am not saying one way or another whether or not I belive that there are cougars in WNY. I am saying that there is a hell of alot of talk on the subject in my area and not from people that would have any reason to make things up.

As for reading the whole post I did read it from the begining and say the back and forth that was going on. I look at it this way:

People are trying to legit info on the subject and the people who want to put in thier two sense and don't add any real info arent helping anyone determine the truth they just agravate the people that want info.

I have hunted, trapped, and fished since I was old enough to walk into the woods with my father that was about 25 years ago. I have seen many things in the woods that people wouldn't belive and I don't think that a cougar in WNY is out of the question but it hasn't been proven and that is what I am tryin to establish. Proof.

Last summer I found a ground nest of a hawk and did a little research and took pictures and I founf that it was a Great Harrier or Marsh hawk and was told that they do not live around here. Well, I guess I proved that wrong. There was a nest of 5 eggs two of which survived.

So anyoneone who wants to contribute feel welcome if you just want to be sacastic then that is your poragative but it is not helpig the situation at all.
