The numbers that the folks at Ultimate Firearms have been throwing for years, have been proved time and time again, not to be true. Cecil Epps of Precision Rifle Bullets had one to test not so long ago, and he stated " quote:

The sample gun they sent me fell about 350 fps short of the claims. The 4 or 5th pellet almost set my entire bush on fire. Someone should really take that guy to the cleaners. To date, I have not talked to one owner whose chrono read the same as Johnson's. Personally, I have chronoed 4 pellets SLOWER that 3. Oh well

Ultimate Firearms has been blowing this same smoke, up shooters rear-ends for years now, and seems no end in sight.
this sound more like it because i know with 3 pellets or 150gr loose my gun is not gaining the kind of mv you would expect, all mine does is throw a bigger fireball out the bizness end with very little gain over 120 gr. load of loose powder, sorry for the quick post w/o thinking about it.

like my dad always said, the best part of thier product is thier advertising[:@]

viking hunter i agree with you, i've got a black diamond and an encore, but in all honesty if they changed our m/l'er season to stricly side-hammers or flints i'd still participate, actually sounds like fun. but as long as the inlines are legal i wont be putting the odds more in the deers favor for now
