I got it once from trying to unscrew a weed line trimmer head (cutting trails). It was aggrevated by doing hang-on stands and bow hunting. It bothered me for almost two years. Every time it felt like I had gotten better it would get re-injured. Not a sharp pain but a strong ache. Man I'm glad I'm over that. Good luck to you.
