The 3rd time I was cosuled was dew to the man posting land the was forest land [not his public land].I was on my way back to the truck. the man had called the law and the cops where seting at my truck.I got 4 tickets the cops where very very crapy to me.I checked in to the property boundrays and found that the man owned 22 acr but had fenced off 200 acrs [this is a very comon in montana] When I presented this in cort the judge droped the caces. I ask what will happed to the guy that posted all the land .The judge said it would be looked in to. WELL here it is 4 years latter the man still runs every one off BUT ME and not any thing has been done to the land owner.
I think a lot of people do this in many places, have you by chance contacted the U.S.F.S. or BLM agent in the area about this? It might also be interesting to attempt contacting the U.S. Attorney for the area and file charges of theft by deception against this guy. He is stealing from all of us.
