I agree with pdq 5oh on this ,yes! the valley is very short and yes! it will yank your arm out of the socket if you don't have a solid anchor ,it take's some getting used to, but it can be achieved with practice . If you don't like the short valley I also think you may be better off choosing the Patriot S/C .
