I would suggest setting the dripper up just prior to when the doe's will be coming into heat. During this time, bucks are just waiting to bust a nut and will be susceptable to the scent of a doe that's ready for some lovin'. Once the doe's do come into heat, the bucks will be traveling all over looking for them so by then you could be spending alot of stand time without seeing them. Of course this time table will be dependent on what part of the country you live in.
