I've only tried the whitetail institute products. Did you post this question in the "wildlife management forum"? The guys there got me started on the right foot(alot of them are well educated in growing stuff). I'd be suprised if there isn't someone there who hasn' t tried the product. They will also be able to give suggestions of other types of seeds to try.

With only 4 hours of sun light you should be able to grow a plot if you choose you seed well. I think the plot saver might be a good idea because of the limited amount of light and how long it may take for the plot to get established.
